Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags and hygienic liners remain intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
